But, I don't. I did logon here once to get the URL to my personal website for a couple pictures I have there. Otherwise, I don't even mess with it.
Lot of sites are blocked. Haven't had to deal with that kind of thing for a long time...
Even Boeing didn't block shit like this place does...

Gauges? Ain't that what you use to set your points?
Did 200 on Grunt yesterday, runnin' like a champ, except the old Super B needs a rebuild, (shaft bushings) so today the faithful old sidebowl L model goes on.
Also got a little leak on the oil feed line for the top end, no biggie, just replace a little gasket.
Ah, yesss....the joys of a 30 year old Harley. lol
(but it is nice to draw a crowd when you stop, never figured out if it is the bike, or because I am so pretty) ROFL

Yeah.... is what you get use to..... My first Harley a '72 XLCH Sportster had 0 guages.. I never had a problem. I'd just run along with the traffic - when I wasn't pushing it, LOL!!

| I can't imagine a bike without a tach...Probably because I always had one...GeezerGlide comes with 6 gauges on it...Replaced the useless air temp gauge with an oil temp gauge...

Ya know, the funny thing about all this is, that most (possibly all) of the new non-Harley's are much smoother running than what we've become accustomed to. I have to wonder if the Victory line of bike are that quiet/smooth too...
Example I have is that bike I bought Paula for Christmas a few years back (Kawasaki Vulcan 500cc twin) It's REAL quiet and there's no tach on it. I only rode it a couple times. But, I never really got to the point where I comfortable and knew exactly when I was supposed to shift. It just all of a sudden ran out of power and felt like I was on a rev-limiter or something. My Ranger had a "stutter" like effect when I ran the engine up to a certain RPM or speed, would only do 95 mph, no matter what gear or even goin' down-hill (Unless it was out of gear and goin' down-hill) Same sorta thing on that bike...
Every other bike I've ever owned always had an exhaust I could hear or enough vibration in 'em that you could feel when to shift. Actually, they all had a tach on 'em too...

first, just kiddin. No harm meant. next, I got on the back of a brand new 1991 wing one time, guy thought it would be funny to have a "biker" at the Christian Motorcyclist Association State Rally to be his partner for one of the games. I hopped on, said, "start it up, honey." He said..."uh, it's already running". Yeah, that is what I want, a motorcycle you can't feel running. Might as well drive the truck, least that got a roof. Matter of fact, only thing different between a truck and a Wing IS the roof. Wing got cruise control, air ride, heater vents, windshield, trunk, glove box, gauges, stereo. Yep, that is what I want, 2 wheeled truck. NOT. lol (but I do not bust anyone who has one, unless they start on me about my "barhopper"
