All Star race tonight in Charlotte will be televised.    Guess Kyle Bush will probably win it... He won the truck race there last nite.   Unless Harvick takes him out,  LOL!!  WIll be fun to watch since no points are involved it'll be a crash fest probably....Didn't quite work out for Kyle...

Edwards did a helluva lot of damage to his car after he won the race though! LOL...

re: good saturday night: I am glad you enjoyed it. That is why Nascar is so popular, folks simply enjoy it. Sort of like class A minor league baseball is around here. We have two teams, the Carolina Mudcats, which are farm for the Marlins, and the Durham Bulls, who are farm for I got no idea.
I never been to a game, I cannot climb up open seat bleachers. I got that fear of heights thing real bad. I would like to go, but to get a field level box, you gotta be a millionaire. I ain't. lol

LOL!!   Yah....  Wouldn't you know I fell asleep with 75 to go..   But I saw the video highlights of that skirmish online this morning.   Looked like Kyle deliberately came across and hooked Harvick.  That contest dates back to the last race in Homestead last yr when Harvick totalled Kyle Bush in the last race of the season.   Wild!!

Jeff - I think that they said that was the closest finish since they started using electronic timing. .002 of a second between 1st & 2nd...

Hell Preacher, I got the "stink-eye" like you wouldn't believe after the comment about workin' on the bike...

But, I'm gonna have to do somethin', can't just let it sit forever. I wanna ride!!

Got a nasty glare from her when she started bitchin' about me sittin' an' watchin' the race yesterday when I told her, I could go out and work on the bike...
Talledega was an exciting finish yesturday!    I was pullin for Gordon.  Looked like he had it won with Mark Martin pushing,  then Johnson w/ Jr's help came out of no where to take the win...   Closest finish in yrs they said.

Not real sure yet who even won. Seems like I saw a quick shot of the 99 car (Carl Edwards) in the "Winner's Circle" though...
Yep Carl won...  Stewart was second.   Gordon blew a right front and crashed, and Kyle Bush blew up...
Bet that made a real mess with the new points system.

I'm gonna have to check and see what the point standings are now...LOL
