I liked this part of what was said...
"He did what he had to do to win the race. I wasn't the happiest guy," Montoya said in a NASCAR teleconference yesterday. "It's fun when you do it to someone else but it's not when they do it to you but it's part of it."
Its called strategy...

| I heard Montoya's interview after the race Sunday- complaining how Martin slowed his win from happening... Well, if Montoya would of had more H.P. he would recaptured the lead... boo hoo is right. LOL!

Boo-Hoo...
Montoya still not happy with Martin
By Mark Miller
Juan Pablo Montoya could have won his first NASCAR race since 2007 this past weekend in New Hampshire if Mark Martin had just gotten out of his way.
Martin led the final three laps of the sprint and slowed down in front of Montoya with two to go in order to break his momentum and keep him from passing and winning. And Montoya is still irked about it, according to Jayski.com.
"He did what he had to do to win the race. I wasn't the happiest guy," Montoya said in a NASCAR teleconference yesterday. "It's fun when you do it to someone else but it's not when they do it to you but it's part of it."
You can be sure Montoya is going to keep this in mind next time he finds himself in front of Martin.

He's done some interviews and commercials that show leave me with mixed feelings on the personality part. But, overall seems to be a decent guy...
I had a bad impression of him at the start, based on a friend talkin' about how he ran in the Indy Series. Guess he caused more than one crash in order to win. He did it in a Cup race (road course) if I remember right...
Good to see some new-blood in the Chase...

Safe to say Kyle's really pissed about that.... Would be disappointing for any top driver, but as we know Kyle doesn't handle losing to well, LOL!
I expected him to throw a temper tantrum and walk off the track. I was pretty surprised.
Believe it or not Jeff, ESPN did a post-race interview and Kyle acted pretty mature about it. Not at all like he would've acted in the past.
He was disappointed. But, I'm sure anyone would understand that, missing out by only 8 points. He talked about the lack of consistency with the team and himself this season. How he never got the "feel" for the car this year like he did last year. What? He had 4 or 5 wins? And didn't make the Chase? Its happened to other driver's in the past. He accepted it pretty well...
This was a pretty lousy season for the #18 Team over all....

Watched some it- missed the finish. Who was the victor ? Gordon and Hamlin were back and forth for the lead. Was a good race what I saw of it.
Hamlin won. Kurt Busch 2nd, Gordon 3rd, Martin 4th and Kyle Busch 5th...
Vickers made the Chase, Kyle didn't...
Difference between Vickers and Kyle was 8 points...

Looks like the race at Richmond (tonight 7:00 PM EST) is going to be on ABC, not ESPN.
Same clowns probably doing the "play-by-play" though...

Never got into circle track. I like Indycar, Formula One, and bike racing that aint dirtbikes.
Hope you enjoyed it Jeffy
RSDF Well, to enjoy it a person has to have a favorite driver or 2 to pull for- otherwise its a very boring sport, although nascar to me has alot more passing and action than does Indy league or other forms of racing. JMO.

Ain't an original thought, got it from Jeff Dunham, and his character "Sweet Daddy D", although I left off the famous:
"COME BACK IN HALF AN HOUR, YOU AIN'T GONNA MISS A BLINKIN' THING!!!"
