Well, it looks like Kurt Busch found a ride for 2012 in the 51 car. Maybe he'll learn to STFU and do what he's supposed to be doin' instead of talkin' a bunch of shit...

Yeah, it was pretty amazing to watch Stewart wheel that car! 4-wide pass, on the inside? I couldn't believe he pulled that one off...

Edwards showed a lot of class!

Rickey Stenhouse JR won the Nationwide Championship tonight. -  and your driver Dave -- Koslowski won the race.  I saw the last 14 laps...  after getting back from the Twilight Movie... Pretty good flick... There will be a part 2 next yr.. Cool Jeff. Brad is a strong driver. But, still fairly new to the cup series. Give him some time. He's gonna be someone to deal with...

I think Stenhouse pretty much had it sowed up comin' into the race yesterday. He's had a great season too. I don't follow the Nationwide or Truck series much. But, they been makin' a lot of noise about Stenhouse for awhile now...

Final race at Homestead next Sunday...Guess I've gotta go with Stewart since he is from Columbus, IN which is only 45 miles North of me. I've really never been a big fan of his though.  I guess because I still remember when he was a jerk, LOL!.   Edwards is very deserving of the title and does have a good personna.  May the best man or car win, lol!

Yeah Jeff, he was an asshole back then. Or at least he played one on the track. Pulled some pretty dirty shit. Guess the Home-Depot mandated "Anger Management" helped a bit...;)

In spite of that, I'm goin' with Tony. Have been pretty much followin' him most the season...

I do like Brad K. (#22) But, he sorta fell off. Never really got the momentum he needed...Shame.

Well, M&M's/Mars pulled their sponsorship for the last 2 races too. Kyle's gonna be sponsored by Interstate Batteries...

And, I don't think its over yet. Haven't heard anything out of Joe Gibbs Racing yet on the whole deal...

I agree Jeff. Remember when Tony Stewart was NASCAR's "Bad-Boy" an' creatin' a lotta grief a few years back? He never caused near as much crap and Home Depot and the Gibbs family (either Joe or J.D.) ordered him into Anger Management sessions...

I'm really surprised that the Gibbs family and M&M/Mars hasn't done something like that with Kyle...

Man did you see Kyle Bush take out Ron Hornaday in last nite trucks race ?   He's in some trouble for sure... Hornaday was only 15 pts out in the running for the championship.  Not now!Funny Jeff, I was just thinkin' about it. I saw that on TV last night. Not much on to watch on Friday nights...

I flipped on the truck race for the last part, I think I caught the last 20-30 laps. They showed the replay of what Kyle did. He's still gotta meet with officials today. What ever comes out of that, should be interesting...

I thought it was a pretty chicken-shit deal. No idea what Busch was thinkin' when he pulled that stunt. Careless and wreckless. Just when all the NASCAR commentators have been sayin' how much he's "Matured" as a driver...

I agree Jeff, the action on the track was great! I almost stayed awake for the whole race! LMAO!

Nobody went unscathed in that one! Beats the hell out of 1-1/2 and 2+ mile tracks any time. I love short-track racing! Just wish they had more of 'em on the schedule...

Dave wrote: I guess you could call him a "Newbie" Brad Keselowski, about 25 years old and his second year in the series. Pretty serious contender for the title. After yesterday's race is 4th in points, 27 behind the leader and Johnson is 6th, 43 points behind the leader. Don't sound like a lot of points. But, it actually is.

Mathematically, Johnson is still in it. But, the 5 guys ahead of him are gonna have to have a really shitty day in order for him to take the championship. Even Keselowski, only 27 down is gonna have a tough time of it. He finished 17th yesterday. That didn't help at all. Dropped one spot in the standings. But, the kid is a tough competitor and has a pretty good team behind him...
The NASCAR SPRINT CUP is very competetive this yr to say the least.  Yesturdays crash fest was quite entertaining....  I was hoping Gordon would pull off the victory, but was not meant to be..   Tony Stewart hung in for the win!
