what marc said, and if yer gonna leave it on overnight, spray it, then spray a white rag with some, and wrap that around the pipe so the spot you wanna get off stays wet...as marc said, will wipe right off.

Well it turns out that I'm even more stupid than any quiz could reveal. Got my softail 4 sale, and got a guy coming over to check it out tomorrow evening. So today i thought i'd maybe better get her a little clean anyway, so out I go to the garage and clean it all up nice nice . Looking good so far. Then I decide i should fire it up and maybe giver a good run to loosen her up for tomorrow. Just a quick around the block type thing.  Everything is cool til I get back to my garage, and then I shut it down. And then I fucked up, LOL. Every once in a while I have a tendency to get off the wrong side, and usually its not a problem. But today, I just had on an old pair to track pants, and as soon as I leaned it back on the stand I felt it. Burning my leg, and I knew rite away. Sure enough, look down, there is a major hunk of track pant melted to the muffler. So if any of you fine gentlemen, or the rest of you too, have a solution that works, I would appreciate the advice. Tried all kinds of cleaners and nothing so far even denting that stuff.

I gotta pick on this one a bit....sorry.

We need political leaders that have and use common sense.... They start out with it, but after the HUGE amounts of money start to flow their way they sell out......

or at least remember what it's like to be a member of the working class.......I don't think there is one now that has ever been apart of the working class. Most if not all were rich kids that had a nice setup from Mommy and Daddy. The common man cant afford to get into politics and feed his family, at least not on the federal level.

No kidding. Common sense in political leaders? I honestly wish we had more of it.

A "Common Sense" party? Oh yeah, like that will ever happen. I think its going to take almost a full blown revolution to make something like that happen.

Ya know what is funny, as in odd, not hilarious? A fellow at the big factory I haul out of every day and I were talking the other day, and said we needed a new political party, called the "Common Sense Party."

hmmm...kinda makes ya wonder, don't it?
