Prices have been pretty steady here right at $4.00 a gallon, diesel still at $4.45 a gallon. Got stopped by the DOT cops yesterday coming back from West Palm driving my roll back with two cars on the back. All they wanted to check was what color the diesel in my tanks was. Big problem with people running farm fuel over the road down here..........hell if I could buy it I'd run it and just pay the fine if I got caught.......................When I was in the Navy, every once in awhile, they'd do a gate check where they'd pull the air cleaner off your car/truck/whatever and check to see what color the throat was.

They had dye in the AvGas. If it was the wrong color, you could look forward to a Courts Martial...

$4.65 for 91 octane yesterday morning...

Prices are all over the place back here...The Exxon station about 3 miles from where we live is always $.10 more than Sunoco or Getty but there are always cars getting gas...Even the cut rate places like Delta are getting up there...

This is kinda interesting, a graph of the history of crude oil prices from 1861 to now.
