I miss my Shovel, but sure like the just get on and go of the Twin Cam.   Would be nice to have a Shovel, Panhead, Knucklhead, Flathead, Evo and TC.. LOL!!

And Dave sorry to hear of the wind damage.  Sounds like you were kinda lucky though- it didn't hit the house, or take out your truck, or your bike!

Lastly,  Weasle have a great trip and I'm jealous :dude: LOL!!

Well, looks like I'll be stayin' home from work today. Have a huge Jacaranda tree in my front yard. Winds broke a BIG limb off. Best I can tell right now (it's still pretty dark out there) about half of it came down, smashed part of the fence I've got around my front yard and is layin' half in and half out of the street. Gonna be out there with the chain saw today...

Winds woulda been a bitch to ride in anyway...

Rain finally started here around 5:00 PM. I left work at 11:00 AM just to make sure I got home ahead of it. :D

My boss and his boss are both on vacation until Monday. The guy I'm supposed to report to is in Huntsville, Alabama. Think he missed me? ROFL...

Enjoy your trip Weasle, stay safe and tell Abo hello for me...

And Steve and Randy too if ya see 'em...

Damn wind is blowin' out there this morning. Whatever rain may have been in the area, is long gone now. Waitin' for something to fall over...

I hate riding in the rain...I avoid it like the plague if possible...Always manage to get rained on a few times each year...Good excuse to clean the bike...Good luck...

I'm thinkin' about leavin' work early today. Supposed to rain here (at least a 50-50 chance) and it looks like it's gonna happen...

Cold and shitty out there right now, compared to the last couple of days anyway...

Nice when I rode to work this morning. Low 50s. It's up to 60 at the moment. Supposed to get into the 70s today. Should make for a nice ride home...

Jeff, I'm about 5 miles East of the end of the parade route. The planes normally make their turns over my neighborhood. Not sure what they did this mornin'. I could hear 'em but couldn't see 'em...
