I'll have to give you the recipe I use for home-made chile. Gotta nice bite to it and a pretty good taste. Pretty easy to make. Not sure how easy it might be to get all the ingrediants there.

But, you probably have a decent sized Mexican population there locally. So, it shouldn't be a big deal...

dave yer probably right , but all the roads on the way home are back country roads, not any traffic. MT cant tell ya what all was in the chillie , saw some dear sausage , musharoms , hot dogs , beans ,taters (ect) but it was GOOD. randy had a big fire  with hay bails around it to sit on and enjoy the heat of the fire  when the temp droped after sun down .not all things are bad about the north in the fall. LOL.
