Weasle, only thing I've replaced in the clutch-primary-compensator has been the primary adjustment shoe. Got a lot more miles on the scooter than 60k...

I gotta think that they're good for a lot of miles...

will get er on the stand and check out the belt , primary is singing a little to , know that needs tightened , just seemed funny it did it when i pulled in the clutch and shifted. damned things got almost 60 k on it , think things would last longer than that . LMAO.

Weasle  Check the belt tension, a loose belt will chirp. Also look at the sprockets and see if the show any signs off wear.

Maybe it don't like 2 up riding...Only churpin sound I had was the drive belt and a rubber muffler mount...WD 40 took care of the muffler mount and small adjustment to the drive belt...Have no idea about the clutch issue...

dont know what it is yet  , but  last sat and yst  when i first took off ridin  2 up and the bike was cold  i got a churpin sound comming from what sounded like the clutch when i shifted , went away after everything warmed up , never done it before . any ideas ?? dont do it solo.
